Amy Rodrigue Bass passed away on Monday July 17th, 2023 in Kingwood Texas, she was 57. She was born in New Orleans, Louisana (Geaux Tigers!!) on March 27, 1966 and has lived in Texas since the early 1970s. Amy is survived by her husband Cary Bass Sr, her mother Dorothy McKernan Standley, her 2 daughters Ashley Williams Grimes (husband Randy), and Linsay Williams Robinson (husband Curtis), as well as her 2 step sons Cary Bass Jr (wife Casi) and Casey Bass Sr (wife Julie). She has 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Eileen Rodrigue, her brother Greg Rodrigue, as well as her step brother Barry Standley, her step sister Bev Standley, and many relatives in Louisana. She was preceded in death by her father Herman Rodrigue Jr, step father Milton Standley, and granddaughter Jaycee Bass. Amy was loving and kind. She was an avid animal lover and she had a big heart. She was spunky and had a great sense of humor. She was also stubborn and sometimes a little hard-headed, she marched to the beat of her own drum. She was determined. She loved her family and friends and was fiercely protective of her children and grandchildren. She was an amazing woman and she will be greatly missed. Memorial service plans to be determined at a later time.
