Cynthia Mann Alford, 74, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Cindy was born February 29, 1952, in Reading, Pennsylvania, to the late Thomas Mann and Joan Mann Poslusney.

Cindy was raised in Clearfield, PA, where she attended high school and met the love of her life, Hank, and they were later married on June 24,1978.

Cindy attended college at Williamsport Community College. From there, she had a successful Interior Design career spanning for decades. She enjoyed golfing every sunny day she got and spending time with family. Cindy's favorite pastime, though, was being a grandmother to Baleigh; it gave her immense joy.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Heather (Alford) Basco of Lake Charles, LA; Kasey Alford of Kingwood, TX; one granddaughter, Baleigh Basco of Lake Charles, LA; sister, Deby Kurtz (Larry) of Porter, TX; sister, Diane Bath (Chris) of Wilmington, NC; brother, Cris (Kim) Mann of State College, PA and sister, Susan Poslusney of Clearfield, PA, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Cindy is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Hank, and by her parents.

Services will be private and held at the discretion of the family.
