Daniel Ray Krutilek, 82 of Kingwood Tx. Passed away April 7th, 2025. He was born July 4th 1942 in El Campo Tx to BB and Mary Giesie Krutilek. Dan was a United States Marine who loved his country. He was a staunch Republican who had no problem giving his opinion. Above all, Dan was a family man. He married Erma Brockschmidt in 1970. They had their first and only child, Corey in 1971. Dans successful career allowed him to retire at the age of 55. He enjoyed his retirement. He and Erma would travel the world together visiting Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy, Australia and more. They had been married almost 50 years when Erma passed in 2020. Dan loved spending time with his son and grandchildren.

He is survived by his sister, Darlene Anderson, son Corey Krutilek and wife Pamela Krutilek, 3 grandchildren Kendall Charboneau, Jackson Krutilek, Spencer Krutilek, and many other nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his parents B.B. and Mary Krutilek, brothers Gilbert, Fred, Joe, Ronnie and Albert.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Darst Funeral Home located at 796 Russell Palmer Rd. Kingwood Tx. April 26th 2025 from 2-6pm.
