Edward Lee
Tschudy
Feb 20, 1967 — Dec 31, 2023
Edward Tschudy passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023. Born July 26, 1945, to the late Raymond and Martha Tschudy. Ed graduated from Norton High School in 1963, and received his bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from Kent State University. He enlisted and served in the US Coast Guard 2/20/1967 - 7/2/1968.
Ed worked for several large businesses but being an entrepreneur, he began his own business, and in 1991 established Sherlock Services. January 2012, he sold his business and retired. He enjoyed traveling and spending time in Las Vegas with friends. It was not a secret that Ed enjoyed Frank Sinatra's music and, as with one of his popular songs "My Way," Ed lived his life doing it his way.
And now the end is near
And so I face the final curtain
My friend, Ill say it clear
Ill state my case of which Im certain
Ive lived a life thats full
I travelled each and every highway
And more, much more than this
I did it my way
In addition to his parents, Ed is preceded in death by his brother David Tschudy, and infant brother Ronald Tschudy.
Ed is survived by his sister, Rebecca Hagey (Arville), nieces Beth Hanson (Gary), and Brandi Williams (Michael) along with great nephews Chase Hanson, Mason Williams and great niece Emma Williams.
Being a water lover, his final wishes were to be cremated and his ashes dispersed in the Ohio River where they could flow down into the Gulf and down the Florida Coastline. No services are planned.
