Cody Eli Edwards, 21, of Porter, Texas was born in Kingwood, Texas on December 3, 1997 and entered into rest on Sunday October 6, 2019.

Cody was the second of three children born to Brian Eli Edwards and Rachel Driver. Growing up he attended New Caney Elementary and New Caney High School. He loved people, animals, and life. He enjoyed spending his time skating or at the beach.

Cody is preceded in death by his "grandmaws", Melba Wood and Brenda Perkins. He is survived by his parents, Brian Edwards and Rachel Driver; brothers, Kyle Wood and Caleb Edwards; grandparents, Debbie Boone AKA "Grammy", Tim Etie, Doug Wood; niece, Emma Wood; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Darst Funeral Home in Kingwood, TX. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00pm with Reverend Susie Patillo presiding over services.
