Nelda Jean Fowler, 69, was born November 27th, 1946 in Devine, Texas and passed away December 13th, 2015 in Kingwood, Texas. Nelda is survived by her dad, Charlie Grebe; daughter, Melissa Sassella and husband Mark; sons: Wayne Owens and wife Liliana and Gary Owens; step-daughter Esther Fowler and husband Cordon; grandchildren, Brittney Meyer, Aaron Owens and Ethan Owens; sisters, Pamela Parsons, Charlene Bryan and husband Joe, Barbara Sparks; sister-in -law Natalie Johnson along with numerous other loving relatives and friends.
