Gregory Ruiz, a beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully on April 28th, 2023 at the age of 56. Gregory was born on January 26th, 1967, in Mineral Wells, TX to Ricardo Ruiz Sr. and Martha Ruiz. He attended Kingwood High School and later pursued his passion for travel by attending travel school and eventually becoming a travel agent.

Gregory was a devout Christian who served Jesus Christ with all his heart. He always put his faith and family first, and his love for them was evident in everything he did. He married Jennifer Hill-Ruiz on March 15th, 1997, and they shared a beautiful life together in Humble, TX.

Gregory was a loving and doting husband, a caring father, a selfless uncle, a wise friend to many, and a "badass" brother. His contagious laugh and passion for family will be remembered by all who knew him. He cherished the most important events in his life, including marrying Jennifer and witnessing the birth of his three children.

When Gregory wasnt working or spending time with his family, he enjoyed his hobbies. They included going on vacation, watching his favorite sports teams (the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers), reading, and listening to his favorite music. He loved his family more than anything and was always happiest when he was surrounded by them.

Gregory Ruiz will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues. His kind heart, warm personality, and dedication to his faith and family will always be remembered. His legacy will continue to inspire and touch the lives of those who knew him.

Gregory is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jennifer Hill-Ruiz, daughters, Diana Ruiz and Paige Ruiz, son, Ryan Ruiz, and grandchildren, Mia and Thomas Gerke. In addition, he is survived by his sister, Toni Ruiz-Dixon and husband Don, sister-in-law, Lynn Ruiz, brothers, John Ruiz, Michael Ruiz and wife Alex, and his numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his father, Ricardo Ruiz Sr., mother, Martha Ruiz, brothers, Ricardo Ruiz Jr. and Timothy Ruiz, and his beloved dog, Kero Ruiz.
