A celebration of life for Mary Gross, 76, of Porter, Texas will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Grace Baptist Church, 20295 Sorters Rd., Porter, TX., 77365, with Pastor Paul Brantner officiating. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Darst Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gross was born in Dragerton, Utah on December 31, 1944 to the late Mary Luella (McVey) and George Mapes and passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020 in Kingwood, TX. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Mary and George Mapes and her husband Earl Gross, her daughter Louella and son Leroy.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Deloris and Earl Thrasher and their children Amanda, Andrea and Elicia; daughter Rebecca Gross and her children Rebekah and Alberta; daughter and son-in-law Melody and Webb ONeal and their children Mandy, Webb, Jr., and Wess; son and daughter-in-law Earl II and Tammy Gross and their children Chyrsten, Earl II (Boo) and Haley; Melissa Gross and her children Michael and Anthony and numerous family members in Kansas.
