Carl is survived by his parents, Carl and Mary Henk; sister, Valerie Henk and fianc Tyler Wertz; brother, Corey Henk; grandparents, Ruth and Joe Ashley and Patricia Burks; uncles: Mike Henk (Kim), Raymond Henk (Mariah), Anthony Henk; aunt, Theresa Jiminez (Michael Griffen); along with numerous cousins, relatives and a host of friends.
