Jennifer Elaine Sala (affectionally known as "G" to her friends and family) was born on December 3, 1969 in Inglewood, California and died on February 2, 2023 in Houston, TX. She is survived by her mother, Julie Sala; her sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Bobby Behr; her brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Catherine Sala; her brother, Carl Sala; and her many nieces and nephews: Emily, Caroline, and Grant Behr, and Grace, Gwen, Tripp, and Townes Sala.

She graduated from Kingwood High School in 1988 and embarked on many adventures until she started her career at MD Anderson. G was very proud of her many achievements and successful years at MD Anderson.

G was smart, beautiful, charming, and fiercely independent. Her father would often remark that his baby G traveled to the beat of a different drum. She was so much fun and always loved to indulge in the finer things in life, including exquisite purses, shoes and a good steak and martini (never gin). G loved The Rolling Stones, annual pilgrimages to the Houston Rodeo, the Houston Astros, Texans, and scuba diving, but most of all, she loved her family and her cat, Fritzy. Who already miss and loved her so much.

Our beautiful G is at peace now in her perfect new home, resting in the arms of Jesus and her beloved Daddy.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Martha's Catholic Church in the Holy Chapel, on Thursday, February 9 at 10:30 AM. St Martha's is located at 4301 Woodridge Pkwy, Porter, TX 77365
