John David Bradford, aged 74, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Jun 11, 2024 surrounded by family in Porter, Texas. He was born on October 19, 1949 in Galveston, Texas to parents Percy A. & Kathryn E. Bradford. He was the oldest of 2 children.

John worked the majority of his career for the Shell Oil Company in Deer Park, Texas where he retired after 30+ years. John also served as a Reserve Deputy for the Harris County Sheriff's Office eventually retiring with the rank of Sergeant. John loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting, particularly his passion for turkey hunting.

John raised 3 children and taught them the value of working and providing for their families and to have a faith in God. John was a practicing Catholic and gave his time and offerings to many religious charities and churches.

John David Bradford is survived by his 3 children, Dawn Diane Pratt and her husband William, Angela Jo Hughes and her husband Josh, and son Travis Pierce Bradford. John is also survived by his grandchildren: Brooke Denee Bird, Anthony Alexander Laughlin, Cody Webb Pratt, Lance Ramirez, and Jackson Hughes. He is survived by 1 great-granddaughter Lillie Mae Whitsitt.

John is also survived by his Brother Wayne C Bradford.

John is preceded in death by his parents Percy A. & Kathryn E. Bradford.
