Judith Ann Fuller, 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 28, 2024. Judy was born on January 18, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from San Antonio Fox Tech, where she was in the National Honor Society, served as chaplain for the Student Council, received a Good Citizen Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution, and participated in a local teen quiz television program. She even found time to model clothing for several shops in the San Antonio area. She was greatly loved by her parents, her three sisters, her cousins, and her nieces and nephews.

She met Larry Wagner, her first husband, in the late 1960s when they both worked at Sears. They were married on March 3, 1967, and Larry's service in the United States Navy led them to relocate to Chicago and Virginia Beach. They returned to San Antonio where they purchased a home (even though Judy was nervous about the $120 monthly payment). Their first child, Jason, joined the family in 1970 and a second child, Erik, followed in 1974.

In the fall of 1976, the four of them moved to the Houston area, where Judy would remain for the rest of her life. After that marriage ended, she met and then married Bruce Fuller, a Houston Police Officer, on May 4, 1979, with whom she remained married until his death on October 8, 2022. Judy was such a loving person that when Larry married Karyn, they became friends and supportive co-parents of Jason and Erik, far beyond the norm.

Judy loved her God and Savior and was a devoted Christian, having been born again on June 13, 1982. She served God and others in the strength and abilities that God provided to her. She was faithful in prayer and a devoted student of God's Word.

She loved her sons deeply and singularly, making their success and security her top priority from the moment they were born to the day she died. She had many friends, both from church and the neighborhood, and was diligent about corresponding with family and friends alike. She enjoyed reading mysteries, gardening, walking on the trails, and watching true crime documentaries. She loved all animals, dogs and cats in particular, whether it was the pets in her life (Jeb, Houston, Bogey, Big Dog, and Rocky) or those of her children (Fritz, Fuzzy, McGee, Lewis, Ginger, Hershey, Bobby, Mittens, Xerxes, Charlie, and even Mr. Kitty).

Judy is survived by her children Jason Wagner (Andrea) and Erik Wagner (Angela); grandson Tony and granddaughters Jadyn, Adriana, and Victoria; nephews David Jarrell, Ray Abbott, and Ed (Alan) Barrett, and nieces Elaine Bailey and Diane Burgett. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Louise Gray, her sisters Helen, Dorothy, and Doris, and her beloved husband, Bruce Fuller.

Judy's life will be celebrated at Founders Baptist Church, 24724 Aldine Westfield Road, Spring, Texas 77373, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, with visitation starting at 9:00 a.m. and the service following at 10:00 a.m. A private interment will occur at Houston National Cemetery, where Judy will be reunited with Bruce.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Judy can donate to the Houston SPCA, Houston Hospice, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the American Heart Association.
