Larry Gene Whiteamire was born in Galion Ohio on November 20, 1941 to Berle and Benice Whitemire. It was a special day in America, Thanksgiving Day.

Larry spent most of his adult life operating and repairing heavy equipment. In later years, he worked on machines that needed repair, not just computer exchanges. Larry loved the Lord, his family, animals especially dogs, and watching car races. He really liked dirt tracks.

He is survived by his wife of just a few days shy of fifty-five years, Amy. His children, Shelley(Mark), Denise (Deni), her partner Larry, Paula, and Clarissa. He left behind four granddaughters and a grandson.

A memorial service will held at graveside at a later date.
