Luck, Sharon
B.
d. Dec 11, 2021
Sharon Bellott Luck went to be with her Savior, Sunday, November 28, 2021.
She was an incredibly devoted and irreplaceable wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
She leaves her husband, Bill, and her three cherished daughters and three stepchildren: Sarah Mercer (Owen), Millie Mykleby (Connor), Julia Bellott, Mackenzie Luck (Sam), Taylor Luck, Kevin Luck, and five grandchildren. Sharon also leaves her sister, Pamela Rendfeld (Mark), and brother, David Lovington (Belinda). She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Albert Lovington and Patricia Perkins Lovington. Additionally, the family thanks Peggy Riggins for her dedication in being by Sharons side in her last few weeks.
Sharon was nurturing, generous, caring, creative, and energetic. She loved the Lord first, her family second, and teaching third, which was her greatest passion. She was delighted to serve and build relationships with families in the community of Kingwood, as well as in Memphis, where she lived prior to moving to Texas. Her students brought her a great deal of happiness; she loved telling her students about her family and her family about her students.
Sharon had an unmatched sense of humor. She was refreshingly honest, did not take herself too seriously, and always saw life with a glass half full. Her friends knew her to be a prankster and always up for adventure. Every friend of Sharon has at least one token story of hijinks and fun.
Her joy, light, and presence will be dearly missed. Those who loved her grieve, but not without hope in The Lord, who redeems sinners and promises Eternal Life.
A scholarship fund has been set up at Good Shepherd Episcopal School 2929 Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339 in Sharon's memory for those wishing to make donations. Service Information The memorial service will be held at Woodridge Baptist Church on Saturday, December 11th at 10:00am with a reception to follow.
