Pamela Wallace Kelley, beloved daughter, sister, mother, and Mawmaw, passed away in the early hours of October 6th, 2025, after a years-long battle with cancer. Born Pamela Jean Wallace in Houston, TX, on August 26th, 1963, she was the cherished, bratty baby sister of the family.

Pam became a proud mom to her amazing daughter, Brandi, followed shortly after by her sweet son, James, and completed her family a few years later with her wild child, Kerry. She worked hard throughout her life in a variety of jobs, always with one goal in mind: keeping her family happy and cared for.

In 2008, Pam was promoted to her most cherished title — Mawmaw — with the arrival of her first rowdy grandson, Kerry III. A few years later, her energetic second grandson, Koby, joined the fun. And, much to her surprise, just a few short years ago, she welcomed her exuberant granddaughter, River. Pam adored her grandkids and spoiled them every chance she got.

She'll be remembered for many things — her excellent (and fast!) driving, accompanied by the classic warning: "Hold on! Mom's driving!" On nights when it was her turn to cook, which often lead to: "Let's go to Pancho's!", her relentless attempts to organize everything ("Everything has a place!"), and of course, her heartfelt, and often unsolicited, advice: "What you need to do is…" And not to forget, her endless love of sweets, from Snickers to Swiss Rolls to Coconut Cream Pie, there was always room for dessert. Always.

But most of all, Pam will be remembered for her boundless love, her deep compassion, and her unwavering kindness.

She is survived by her mother, Alice; her sisters, Sheila and Terri; her children, Brandi and Kerry; her grandchildren, Kerry, Koby, and River; her Uncle Curtis (Butch), Aunt Cynthia, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her father, James, and her son, James.

Pam will be cremated, and, per her wishes, a private family gathering will be held in her memory.
