We are sad to announce the passing of Richard Sorsby of Splendora, TX. He passed away at the age of 65 on September 1st 2023. Richard passed away surrounded by his loved ones after a short battle with cancer.

Richard is survived by 3 siblings: Sharon Sorsby, Dena Sorsby and Karol Cargle and husband Mike Cargle also 3 children: Rocky Sorsby, Jessica Kopesky and her husband Chris Kopesky and Brandon Sorsby along with his grandchildren Lily & Leonidas Sorsby, Hailey and Christopher Kopesky and Jaydyn Sorsby.

Richard graduated from Splendora High School in 1976 and joined the AirForce from 7/14/1977 to 6/7/1983.

Richard asked to be cremated and requested that no services be provided.
