Sandra Story passed peacefully April 26, 2023 in Kingwood, Texas. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and possessed amazing friendships around the world (Steve Katya) Sandra ("Sandi") was born in Toronto, Canada, then moved to California in 1955.

Many years later, having met the love of her life, John Story (deceased 2007) they settled in San "Dena", California. When John retired, they moved to Clear Lake, Texas then finally settled in Kingwood (to be closer to their daughter) having travelled the world for many years.

Sandi adored her smart, funny and beautiful daughter Kelly and she was "over the moon" proud of her grandson Alex. All three of them had a very special bond. She is also survived by her son-in-law Greg and his two daughters, Selena and Hanna, sister Suzanne (Suzi); nephews, Rick, Chris and Ryan and their extended families and more recently a great-great-nephew! She had many loving friends as well, Rita, Wendy, Ginny, Tara, Paula, Marilyn, JoAnne and Barbara among them.

Sandra was a beautiful, caring, compassionate person who was dedicated to her family and she was a truly loyal friend. She had impeccable taste, with a lengthy and distinguished career in Interior Design for many years. Sandra had a joyful life, always positive always with that beautiful smile, and to this day will tell her sister that she's wearing too much jewelry!
