Shirley Frogge Drew, 88, passed away peacefully at Kingwood Memory Care on January 26, 2024, in Kingwood, TX. She was born to Ray and Lucile Frogge in McAlester, Oklahoma on March 23, 1935. She married Paul Arthur Drew on June 4, 1955, who she met while attending college at the University of Oklahoma in Norman.

Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Drew, and her parents Ray Byron Frogge and Lucile Ellouise McElhaney. Shirley is survived by her sons, Doug and wife Cathleen, Kenneth and wife Karen, daughter Millie and husband Tim Flanary and grandchildren Jordan, Devon and husband Stephen, Cameron, and Caitlyn Drew. She is also survived by her sister MarSue Pryce and brother Ray Frogge, Jr.

Shirley was an avid tennis player, golfer, traveler, bridge player and was one of the founding families in Kingwood.

Shirley's memorial service will be held Thursday, February 8th at First Presbyterian Church of Kingwood, 5520 Kingwood Dr., Kingwood, Texas 77339. Visitation begins at 10:00, Memorial Service at 11:00 and reception immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimers Association (www.alz.org).
