Sosamma John, 83, went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on July 25, 2023. She was the second eldest of three children, born to late Mr. Chandy Oommen and late Mrs. Mariamma Chandy. She was married for 59 years to late husband Chacko (Thankachen) John, Kaniyampoikayil. Sosamma John was a spirit filled Christian who was a pillar of faith. Family gave her the strength and peace through her life. She was always ready to serve others, sacrificing much of her comfort and happiness. She tirelessly worked night shifts as a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years balancing work and family life. Most of her nursing career was spent at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX, USA.

She has begun her journey to eternal life of peace and joy with her husband, twin son, Sunil (Appa), loved ones and the angels singing pitch-perfect songs in perfect harmony to our Almighty Father in Heaven. Mrs. Sosamma John is survived by her sons Anil John and AJ John, daughter Anitha (Polly) Sam, son-in-Law Shibu Sam, and daughter-in-Law Sini John.
