Rick Douglas Swanson, 60, passed away on Tuesday March 23rd, 2021 in Houston, Texas. Rick was born on November 25th, 1960 in Minneapolis, MN. He grew up in Bloomington, MN, and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1978. He went on to the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis in St. Paul and graduated in 1985 with a degree in Accounting. After College Rick moved to Houston. Rick was outgoing and full of life, he never meet a stranger he didn't like. He played Hockey most of his life and loved skiing. He was very athletic and enjoyed all sport.

He is survived by his daughter Nicole Swanson; his parents Douglas and Kathleen Swanson; his brother Randy Swanson; sister Kelly Swanson; and numerous other family members and loving friends.
