Ginny Ousley, beloved sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on January 16, 2025 in The Woodlands, Texas after a courageous battle with colon cancer. She was born on December 29, 1947 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to John and Camille Goodwill.

Ginny married the love of her life, Glen Ousley, on June 19, 1971 and were together for 53 years before Glen's passing in October 2024. Together they raised two wonderful children, Brandon Ousley and Joshua Ousley (spouse Liz Mizerik). Ginny was a devoted grandmother to her granddaughter, Camille Ousley.

Ginny is survived by her brother Robert Goodwill (spouse Jackie Goodwill) and her brothers-in-law Dale Ousley (spouse Glenda Ousley), J.W. Ousley (spouse Linda Ousley), and Keith Ousley (spouse Sharon Ousley) and 7 nieces and nephews.

Ginny was preceded in death by her mother Camille Goodwill, her husband Glen Ousley, her in-laws Sam and Nora Ousley, and her beloved cousin Mary Crawford.

Ginny attended McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Library Administration.

In her free time, Ginny enjoyed attending live music and musical theater performances, shopping, gardening, and jig saw puzzles.

Ginny Ousley will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering love will be cherished forever.

Services will be held on February 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Darst Funeral Home in Kingwood, Tx. The reception is to be held at Josh and Liz's home afterwards for those that wish to attend. Flowers can be sent directly to the funeral home at 796 Russell Palmer Rd, Kingwood, TX 77339
