A 1958 graduate of Meyersdale High School, Bill went on to earn a bachelor's degree in chemistry from California University of Pennsylvania in 1962. Bill had a lifelong love of antiques and collectibles. Friends affectionately called him an "opportunistic accumulator," a description he embraced with pride.
