Jetta Eileen (Chancey) Penrod passed away Friday, March 8, 2019, around noon at Kingwood Hospital. She leaves behind a daughter, Chancey Taylor Penrod; sister, Jennifer Elena Jones and husband, Ronald Luther Jones; father and mother, Russell Allen Chancey and Mary Patricia Chancey; two nieces, Kayla Renee Jones and Diana Marie Rhoden and husband, Brent Austin Rhoden; one nephew, Samuel Alan Jones; two great-nephews, Christen Isaiah Martinez and Brent Austin Rhoden ll; and many aunts, uncles, cousin and a host of friends.

I am so sorry to hear about Jetta. She was a very special person and I always appreciated her happy, friendly attitude. She took care of me and my mini-van for several years. We became friends almost instantly when we met. I know she had many friends and loved ones. We had delightful conversations about Chancey whom she dearly loved. My condolences to each of you.
My condolences to Jetta’s family. I met Jetta at Chrysler dealership in Kingwood then followed her to Planet, now Texan Dodge. She was so amiable, and I trusted her to be truthful about my mini-van service. I always enjoyed chatting with her and got to know her over 20 years.Jetta will be missed.
