He was a loving husband, dad, Popo, and brother. Mark met the love of his life working as a gas monkey. Once they married, he then worked as a machine operator. He then had the opportunity to work for Brown & Root as an electrician traveling the world, which he loved. He loved hunting and fishing. Once he fell ill and had to give up hunting, he then took up gardening as his new past time. He loved NASCAR and old western movies. He was also a great cook and baker. With all the things he loved to do, there was nothing he loved more than being with his family. He was married to the love of his life, two months shy of their 46th anniversary. He was proud of his kids and grandkids. He will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday October 12, 2019 at Darst Funeral Home from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 5:30pm in the Darst Gardens with a reception to follow.
