OBITUARY

Patricia Helen Perkins went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 04, 2019 at the age of 84 at her home in Kingwood, Texas.

Patricia was the first of three girls born to Harry and Leona Pollard. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on August 09, 1935. Patricia graduated high school and went to nursing school where she earned her LPN degree. At the age of 52, she went back to college and earned her RN degree. After graduation, she began a career as a nurse in the psychiatric unit.

Patricia loved reading, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Crossroads Fellowship . She enjoyed being involved in the Women of Worth, and serving as an altar worker and greeter as well as serving in the bereavement ministry.
The words that come to mind when thinking of Patricia are: loving, caring, giving, selfless, godly and joyful. She was a people person and loved making new friends. Patricia demonstrated her love for Jesus and her love for others by praying for their needs. She had a prayer journal and she would write prayer requests and pray over them daily. When a prayer was answered she would draw a line thru the need and date it as a reminder of God’s faithfulness.
