Cesar A. Armestar, 95, passed away on Sunday. August 7th, 2016 in Sugar Land. He was a native of Lima, Peru. Cesar is survived by spouse Maria Esther Armestar and his children Luis Armestar, Maria Esther Alba and husband Michael, Ana Velásquez and husband Roman, Linda Mobayed and husband Ghassan, Cesar Armestar and wife Angela, and Rafael Armestar. Also surviving are grand children: Giselle DeVeer and Herman, Denise Baez and Eduardo, Karina Lopez and Angel, Rovel Velasquez and Maritza, Renato Velasquez and Rocio, Romina Idiarte and Marcos, Gabriella Tannous and Gabriel, and Sofia Armestar. Surviving great grand children are Kristy Sparks and Ryan, Andrew Lopez, and Brian Lopez.

Funeral Liturgy will be on Friday, August 12th, 2016 at St Laurence Catholic Church, 3100 Sweetwater Blvd at Austin Parkway in Sugar Land at 3:00 pm with Rev. Drew Wood, Celebrant.
