Harris, Sherry L

           Sherry Lynn Harris passed away peacefully, in her sleep, on December 28th, 2018. Sherry was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 16, 1955. She was in the Accounting field for many years, but decided to go to College, at the age of 36, to pursue a degree,  and become a RN. She graduated from Houston Baptist University in 1996. Unfortunately, she was only able to work in this field, for a few years, due to her health decline. Sherry was preceded in death, by her parents Troy B Huff, and Beatrice Moore Huff. Father-in Law, Vance E Harris Sr, who always made her laugh. She also lost a brother-in law, Chris Hendrix, who she was close too, way before his time. She is survived, by her husband of 30 years, Vance E Harris Jr. (Ed ), daughter Brandy L. Bauerkemper, son William H Bauerkemper IV, and son Ryan Harris. In addition she is survived by her sisters, Marilyn Hendrix, Rene Denmon, Mother- in Law, Mary Ellen Harris, and her Aunt Marianne Hasty. Sherry leaves behind her daughter-in law, Yris Bauerkemper, along with 4 grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. Billy Bauerkemper, Brett Bauerkemper, Scarlett Bauerkemper, whose parents are William, and Yris, and Keilan Bauerkemper, who is the son of Brandy. She is also survived by her Brother in law, Mark Harris, and wife Kathy, along with her sister-in Law, Karen Fish, and husband, Leroy. Nieces Casey Hendrix and, Jessica Doughty, nephews Chris Hendrix, Tyler Denmon, and Chris Doughty. Sherry fought the fight, for many years, in dealing with her health, and injuries. She is at peace now, and free of pain, for the 1st time in almost 20 years, and for that, we are grateful, and are rejoicing. The Kingdom of Heaven, received a shining star, that will be greatly missed.
