It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Roger Dwayne Hill announce his passing on September 6, 2018 at the age 54 after a long and courageous battle with illness.

Roger was born in Houston, TX on January 21, 1964 to Roger and Betty Hill who preceded him in death. Roger is survived by his sons Ryan and Roger Hill Jr., brothers Damon and Toby Hill, nephew’s and nieces’, his Aunt Shirley and Uncle James, long time friends Sandra Quintanar, Gene and Della Lowery, and Roy and Lucia Baylis, many cousins and numerous friends.

Roger will be fondly remembered as a man with a kind and generous heart that enjoyed life to the fullest. Roger was a fun, spontaneous and adventurous man who was ready to do anything at a moment’s notice. He loved having everyone at his house for barbecues, loads of fun and games. He lived for his sons taking them camping, riding 4 wheelers’, motor bikes and sports.

Roger was co-founder and owner of the Acoustic Edge Institute a vocational school in Houston where he touched many students’ lives using his experience and talents to set them on a rewarding career path.

Roger will be greatly missed by his sons, family and friends. May he rest in peace…
