Julanne Gollehon was born on Tuesday, February 26, 1963. She was so tiny she could fit in the palm of her dad’s hand. Her first love was music from the time she was two or three. Her mother would teach her a song and then her mother would harmonize with her. She would wake up in the morning singing. She was in choir and band all through school and her senior year she received an outstanding performance award at the Texas State Solo and Ensemble contest in Austin. She continued to sing in church, plays, and civic activities for her entire adult life. She was also an accomplished artist. All of her family has her paintings in their homes. She loved being a wife and mother to Gerad and Paul.
