In her private life, Lisa Moyer was an exceptional mother to 8 children and steadfast wife to Rick Moyer. She was her home’s warmth and glue that kept everything together. In her professional life, She taught 7th grade at Splendora Middle School, which she viewed as her second family. Many evenings were spent with Lisa telling her family the hilarious stories of that day’s events at work, bridging the two aspects of her life in the most wonderful way. She was full of compassion and dedication to helping others achieve more than they believed themselves capable of, and it is with that spirit that we remember the beautiful and amazing Lisa.
Funeral: A celebration of life was held on 2018-06-09 at Second Baptist Church in Kingwood.
