Donna M. Parker was born in Philadelphia PA., on December 30, 1952 and passed away peacefully on March 12, 2016 at her home in Kingwood, Texas. Donna endured a four year struggle with a debilitating brain disease. Donna was a determined advocate for children’s access to education, and was always ready to be a champion for friends and family who were battling with business, school, or government bureaucracies.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marjorie and Samuel Dubrow. Donna is survived by husband Craig Parker, son Matthew Parker, son and daughter-in-law Andrew and Courtney Parker, and sister Beverly Feldman.

Donna was a cat lover all of her life and leaves behind her last two cats, Kovacs and Kooka. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local animal rescue or animal shelter of choice.
