Peggy Jean Pelczar of Porter passed away July 5, 2018 at the age of 77
following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born March 27, 1941 to
Mack and Edith Webb, grew up in Houston and was a 1959 graduate of Sam
Houston High School. In 1962, she met and married Jack Pelczar and had five
beautiful children. She began her career in reception for various brokers and
attorneys in the Houston area and she recently retired from the Harris County
Department of Adult Probation after 13 years of service. She was an active
member of Kingwood Church of Christ and loved to listen to gospel music and
share her passion for Jesus with her family and her friends. She had a
contagious, caring personality and loved to dance and spend time with her
family.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, the father of her children, Jack
Pelczar, her daughter Felicia Lynn Pelczar, son Darrell Dwayne Pelczar, and
Daughter Darcy Diane Pelczar. She is survived by daughter, Stacy and Don
Morris of Porter and son, Scott and Jennifer Pelczar of Conroe, grandaughters,
Elizabeth and Amber and grandson Shane, sister Susan Schoppe of Porter and
nephews Terry Schoppe of Porter and Ryan and Aubrey Schoppe of Liberty.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 5-8p.m. at Darst Funeral Home in
Kingwood, Tx and funeral services will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the
funeral home. Interment will be at 3:00 pm at Brookside Memorial Cemetery in
Houston and a reception for the family and friends of Peggy Pelczar will follow
at the Kingwood Church of Christ sponsored by the Kingwood Church of Christ.
Visitation: A visitation was held on 2018-07-10 at Darst Funeral Home.
